in Denmark Moslems people fast for 21 hours 7-day a week ,but in Argentan Moslems fast only for 9 hours

it's true that many people can fast but few can break the fast, but how to break the fast you have to eat a small amount of food, not the regular you used to eat, Japanese  sumo wrestlers ,fast for long hours and then they eat, a large amount of food to break the fast , this technique help them gain more weight
